Assessment & Treatment Services Center
"Counseling troubled children and their families." ATSC has been a fixture in Orange County since 1972, when it opened as a diversion and prevention program for youthful offenders demonstration project serving the Office of Juvenile Justice and the County of Orange. The significant success of the program was recognized by community leaders who joined together to form a non-profit charitable agency to continuously serve since 1974 five cities in Orange County. Since its inception, ATSC has treated over 14,000 referred children and their families. As a resource for police departments, schools and other agencies, ATSC has successfully guided children away from life-long dysfunctional and anti-social behavior. This marvelous agency has changed the lives of thousands of children.
